The ecosystem of the ijawland is quite fragile. Soil erosion, annual flooding and constant oil spillages are all challenges that the Ijaw people have to live with. Our environment is special and unique and should be treated as such. Other problems, including deforestation are all issues that has to be dealt with urgently.
